All the equipment used at FFT951 compliments and trains the body in these natural movements across horizontal and vertical planes of motion. The equipment might seem simple but it is designed to work from simple to complex, stable to unstable, and known to unknown...all based on natural movements that value quality over quantity.

FFT951 offers a variety of classes including Intro to Functional Fitness, F.I.T., Kettlebell, Yoga and battle ropes as well as specialized classes like SAQ, Dumbbell flow, Advanced HIIT and sport specific classes.
